Bio of Adam D. Greenberg

Adam D. Greenberg is the Managing Member of the firm of Honig & Greenberg, L.L.C. located in Voorhees, New Jersey and has been an SJI (South Jersey Investors) member for several years. A 1990 graduate of The American University, and the Rutgers School of Law, Camden, class of 1994, he is admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and has argued pro hac vice in the United States Court for the Southern Distrct of New York. Mr. Greenberg's practice concentrates in tax and mortgage foreclosure, real property litigation, and creditor's rights in bankruptcy, and both he and the firm represent certificate holders, municipalities, bankruptcy trustees, lenders, landlords, and foreclosure buyers and sellers, in various matters throughout the State.
Mr. Greenberg has taught courses on tax certificate foreclosure to the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, the Burlington County Bar Association, the Camden County Bar Association, The South Jersey Title School (for the title insurance profession), and the Tax Collector and Treasurers Association of New Jersey (TCTA). He has made presentations to investor groups on tax sale certificates and real estate issues. In 2003 and 2004, Mr. Greenberg was a panelist for the New Jersey ICLE Tax Foreclosure Update in which he presented a segment on bankruptcy and its effect on tax sale certificates and tax sale foreclosures. Mr. Greenberg was also a contributing author to the ICLE 2003 and 2004 Update on Tax Sale Foreclosures.

Bio of Murray Honig

Murray Honig, Esquire, is a member of the Bar of the State of New Jersey, admitted 1975, and is admitted to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and a member of the Camden County Bar Association. He has been involved in several published decisions, and has engaged in speaking events relative to tax liens and the tax foreclosure process.
